Question by UpperCASE Computer Solutions: How to Install apple software on non-Intel systems?
I’m trying to install final cut studio 3 on an apple G4. I’m a PC guy personally but very technically inclined. I found a few guides about extracting the packages from the disks to edit the installation check information, however I’m kinda lost on how to do this. When I open any of the packages it launches the package launcher and kicks me out of the installer due to the limitation. Any know of a good step by step on how to install apple software on non-Intel based systems?

You can’t. If you’re technically inclined, you should know that Intel code will not run on PowerPC architecture.

Under Settings/Reading check summary in the wordpress backend. You’ll have excerpts.

If I wrote a small graphical application to play ‘Tic-Tac-Toe’ against my friend, how could I make the app running on my computer communicate with the app running on his?

What Java Classes or Concepts do I need to learn about in order to implement this? How much do I need to know about IPs & networks?

I have an apple macbook pro but I have no idea what software it uses. I’m trying to watch something on itv player but it says i need adobe flash, i try to install it and it says my mac software isn’t updated enough? Go to your apple logo on the top left. Click it. Then click about this mac…Check for the version you have. 10.5 is Leopard, 10.6 is Snow Leopard, 10.7 is Lion. If you want further info on your mac then just hit more info…(in about this mac box.)

UPdate your adobe flashplayer, Microsoft Silverlight, shockwave player, see if that makes a difference.
