Question by Avrilnb: What is a good perfume to wear for my wedding day?
I am a migraine and frequent headache suffer, so finding a perfume can be hard for me. I can not go into the store and smell many different ones because all it takes is one whiff of the wrong perfume and I am done for. I currently wear Be Delicious by DKNY and love it, but would like something different for my wedding day. Something that is romantic but sexy. Any suggestions?

Answer by Mamma G NONE. As a fellow migraine sufferer, you really need to remove possible triggers. I urge you to leave it off. Maybe after the ceremony and reception you can put it on in the bedroom, but I would not tap-dance on a minefield.

Question by Sammykins: How do you remove the perfume of fabric softener or dryer sheets from clothes?
I’ve recently bought some nice clothing items on eBay. The only trouble is that some of them have been laundered with fabric softener and/or dryer sheets, and they smell really strongly of that perfume. I don’t want my clothes to smell like anything besides clean clothes, and those perfumes actually make me kind of sick. Repeated washings don’t seem to remove the smell. Does anyone know a trick to remove fabric softener perfume from laundered clothes?

Answer by mjbcmh Try washing them with baking soda in the wash cycle and vinegar in the rinse cycle.

Most perfumes out these days smell like they belong on little girls. They are flowery and flouncy. The sort of perfume that you would expect to find a bimbo wearing. I’m looking for something woodsier, a little darker. Please drop a few suggestions.

Question by : Does spraying perfume or putting on after shave help reduce the chances of infection on cuts ?
I cut on my wrist but I dont get sterlized blades for that so can after shave liquid or perfume help in reducing the risk of infection ?

Answer by Clare No. The point of after shave is to close the pores and smell more fragrant. It has nothing to do with infection. Use a bandaid to protect your wrist from dirt and other bugs. You could also apply some iodine if you wanted to avoid infection.
Question by : Any ways for perfume to stay on all day?
I put perfume (or body spray) on every morning right before I leave. By the time I get to my driveway you can’t smell it anymore. There are other people who you can smell it all day long. If it is body spray I usually put a good amount on and if it is perfume I use only a little on my neck, wrists, and stomach. I’ve tried multiple scents and brands. I was wondering if anyone had tricks on how to have the scent all day without re-applying.

Answer by angela It’s not that it doesnt smell anymore, its that youve gotten use to the smell and YOU can’t smell it anymore.
