Im 14 and I shave 1-2 times a week. After everytime, my overlip feels like it is sleeping. Like, when I touch it it feels bigger than before.
Is it normal to feel like this after shaving?

just wanna know how to shave the private area without it become irratated after a 1-2 days after shaving there? Or instead of shaving, what else could a male use which is better apart from waxing?

When you shave your pubic area don’t use shaving cream, use baby oil. Then you can see what you are doing and the skin is lubricated so the razor glides easier and irritates less. Do not use after shave lotion. Use Bactine which is an antiseptic and topical anesthetic spray. Available at most pharmacies as an over-the-counter product. No prescription required. After that spray has dried lightly apply deorodant. The combination of the shaving cream, razor and after shave will irritate just about anyone. Note that once you begin to shave down there it will need attention probably at least twice a week. When the short hairs start to grow back they can feel like little tiny needles.

I cut on my wrist but I dont get sterlized blades for that so can after shave liquid or perfume help in reducing the risk of infection ?

No. The point of after shave is to close the pores and smell more fragrant. It has nothing to do with infection. Use a bandaid to protect your wrist from dirt and other bugs. You could also apply some iodine if you wanted to avoid infection.

okay. so i shave, but it doesnt give that close of a shave. after shaving and applying lottion i can feel all the tiny hairs that i missed (which is almost half my leg) i promise im shaving the “right way” like the opposite dierection your hairs grow. and oh yeahh. how do you make you r legs shine and glowing after shaving??

try putting a tinted moisturizer on right after you get out of the shower, or try sugar scrub. it’s AMAZING! and my friend makes it.

for the itch you can use corn starch…. for the bumps, the aloe should work, but don’t mix the 2 you’ll just get glue… try the corn starch for a couple of days then go back to the aloe to see if it heals up… don’t use body wash or soap to shave with that’s the start of the bumps… use a shave cream or gel for sensitive skin… Aveeno makes a great one… it cost a little more, but it does the job

I’m trying to find the commercial on you tube, but I can’t remember the brand. Professional athletes and other large men would stand in front of a sink, before the camera (like they were looking into the mirror) and then slap the after shave on themselves so hard, they would fall over.
