Only paid Registered users can post or reply to comments.

If you want to be able to post or reply to comments, then here is where you can signup and register.

There is no Free registration. Visiting and browsing the RoxyIM.com website is still FREE, but you cannot post comments.

Registration curently is $1.00/Week paid via PayPal subscription, recurring weekly until you cancel.

Once you have paid at PayPal, you will instantly be able to create your membership Logon ID and password and start using your membership.

This registration plan, $1.00/Week, does not allow links in your comments,
other plans may in the future.

Comments are held for moderation by site admin as usual.

We do our best to keep the website up and running as long as possible, but there is no guarantee for how long the website, pages, posts, comments are live and available, due to possible unforeseen technical problems and/or other issues beyond our control.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance of comments participation, due to quality issues.
No Spam, abuse, illegal, abusive, excessive use, or unrelated comments are allowed.

You can cancel at anytime, by logging into your PayPal account and cancel the subscription.

When you cancel, your membership ends at the end of your paid week, after which you cannot post or reply to comments anymore. Cancellation does not constitute a refund of paid fess.
Cancellation only stops the billing and future charges. Your membership ends at the end of the period you already paid for, i.e. 1 week.

Your existing comments will remain active until the next site maintenance, which occurs periodically.

There are no refunds for this service due to its nature of being affordable service available for use as soon as you signup.

Should there be cases of refund/charge back, then of course your account will be cancelled immediately, and privileges revoked.
If this is done in an abusive manner, or by intentional habitual refunders, then we reserve the right to refuse the service, ban future signup requests to any such abuser.

If you are not sure at the moment, no rush, browse around, website browsing is FREE, but comments are for paid registered members only.

System Security:

For your peace of mind, and to protect your membership, besides the security offered by PayPal system, our membership system protects your account in several ways:

1) After 5 failed attempts to login, the account is suspended for protection, for around 30 minutes, to prevent misuse by unauthorized users. So keep your login details confidential and close to you when logging on.

2) You may Logon from 3 different IP addresses per month. Could be your desktop, laptop and somewhere on the go.
If more than 3 IP addresses are used to logon, could be a sign of misuse or sharing with others, the account is suspended, for protection, for around 1 month.

So do not share your logon details with others. Your account may get suspended or banned from the service.
